Martha Pearson is President of the California Manufacturers & Technology Association Service Corporation and the Chief Financial Officer for its parent company, the California Manufacturers & Technology Association. Pearson was named the President of CMTA's Service Corporation in 2006 and has been the CFO since 1992.

Pearson is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of Association sponsored programs designed to provide benefit to member organizations and for the business and financial affairs of the trade association.

As a certified public accountant, she had been a senior audit manager for KPMG Peat Marwick in Anchorage, Alaska, responsible for audit engagements throughout the state of Alaska and the provision of management consulting services to a broad range of clients including not-for-profit and governmental organizations.

Prior to this, Pearson founded and operated a professional employment and recruiting agency.

She holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Alaska and has been an instructor for the Alaska Society of Certified Public Accountants and for KPMG. Pearson currently resides in Walnut Grove, California.
