California Manufacturers & Technology Association (CMTA) promotes the Employment Training Panel (ETP) program to businesses, helps evaluate and determine eligibility requirements, and assists companies in the application process. CMTA helps businesses develop a curriculum to meet the needs that comply with ETP funding requirements. CMTA helps develop, write and submit the ETP application, acts as a liaison with ETP, and ensures the process goes smoothly.
