CMTA is not directly involved in providing training. CMTA promotes the ETP program to businesses, helps evaluate and determine eligibility requirements, and assists companies in the application process. CMTA helps businesses develop a curriculum to meet the needs that comply with ETP funding requirements. CMTA helps develop, write and submit the ETP application, acts as a liaison with ETP, and ensures the process goes smoothly.
CMTA has a long history of involvement working with ETP and has helped shape legislation governing the program. More importantly, CMTA has assisted companies in the development and administration of over 125 successful training projects.
