The California Space Authority (CSA) will host the 3rd Annual Supplier Transformation Forum:  Supplier Innovations on October 7, 2008 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Northrop Grumman Corporation in Redondo Beach, California.  CSA respectfully requests CMTA members to attend this event.

With funding from a US Department of Labor program called, "Workforce
Innovation in Regional Economic Development" (WIRED), CSA has been spearheading a Smart Supplier Initiative.  California is home to approximately 50 percent of the aerospace suppliers in the United States.  In light of the significant contributions that these suppliers make to California’s economy as well as to the national security interests of this country, CSA is working to ensure the health and
vitality of this supplier and to assist these companies in staying competitive in today’s global economy.  The 2008 Supplier Forum will build on the successes and transformations brought to light in the previous two supplier forums.  Your participation in 3rd Annual Supplier Transformation Forum would be most welcome.
