CMTA, in conjunction with the Industrial Environmental Association

Mike Rogge (CMTA), John Ulrich (CICC), and Patti Krebs (IEA) presents environmental award at last year's conference
(IEA) and the Chemical Industry Council of California (CICC), will host our annual statewide environmental conference in San Diego at the Paradise Point Hotel on Mission Bay on November 9 and 10.

Slated topics include Air Quality, Climate Change, Carbon Management, Compliance Updates, Recycling/Waste Reduction, Hazardous Materials, Regulatory Proceedings, New Legislation, Energy, Green Chemistry, Water Quality/Water Supply, Sustainable Business Practices, Emerging Business Strategies. There will also be a workshop on California’s environmental reporting system.

Environmental Excellence Awards are presented at the conference. Applications are open to businesses, federal, state, and local government, service industries, public works projects and non-governmental organizations. Achievements can apply to any aspect of an entity’s operation that promotes going beyond compliance and can demonstrate multi-year results.

A golf tournament is typically offered too.
