The annual statewide environment summit, November 9-10 at Paradise Point in San Diego, is sponsored this year by the California Manufacturers & Technology Association, the Industrial Environmental Association, the California Chemical Industry Council, the California Air Pollution Control Officers Association and the Water Reuse Association. It will feature one and one-half days of programming covering a wide range of topics including:

  • Air Quality
  • Climate Change
  • Energy Efficiency
  • Recycling/Waste Reduction
  • Product Stewardship
  • Green Chemistry
  • Water Supply and Water Quality
  • Sustainable Business Practices
  • Legislative, Regulatory and Compliance Updates

This conference offers a unique opportunity to meet industry colleagues and hear from influential and experienced experts and policy leaders from across the state.

Save the date for attendance.

You are also invited to submit a brief abstract describing a project or program topic you would like to propose for presentation at the conference.  Send your submittal to iea@iea.sdcoxmail.com

Topics, if chosen for presentation, can be no longer than 20 minutes with an additional 10 minutes allowed for questions and answers.  There are only limited opportunities during the conference program for independent presentations.

Deadline to submit abstracts: June 10, 2011.  You will be notified by June 30 if your paper is selected.
