The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has begun a 15-day public comment period for the revised text of the proposed California Cap on Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Market-Based Compliance Regulation, including Compliance Offset Protocols.  The comment period will close at 5:00 p.m. on August 11th.

Comments made to CARB by the deadline will be included in the official rulemaking record.  CMTA will submit comments that reflect the concerns of manufacturers broadly.  We urge other manufacturing groups and companies to submit sector-specific comments on their own specific concerns.
