Under Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s executive order, Cal EPA agencies have begun posting to their websites lists of rules that are pending or regulations that have been adopted since January 1999 that they believe require review due to a potential business impact.

The Department of Toxic Substance Control lists three pending rules and 31 regulations that have been adopted or amended since January of 1999 on their site: www.dtsc.ca.gov. Even though the lists were just recently published, the deadline for public comment is this coming Monday, January 26. CMTA is working on an extension.

Most of the other agencies with the exception of the Integrated Waste Management Board (www.ciwmb.ca.gov) have also posted lists as shown below. The Air Resources Board lists 71 rules, the State Water Resources lists 12, DPR lists 31, and OEHHA lists 4. Please note agency deadlines for comments due.
