California Court of Appeal Removes Prop. 80 from the Ballot

On Friday, July 23, California’s Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District, ruled 3-0 to remove Proposition 80 from the November Ballot.  This ruling will likely be appealed to the California Supreme Court.

Proposition 80 would have stopped new direct access, changed the rules for current direct access customers and regulated energy service providers.
