Update on CMTA priority bills sent to the Gov

Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has taken some action on manufacturing related bills sent to him by the State Legislature prior to adjourning for the year.  An update follows.  He has until October 9 to sign or veto bills which are still on his desk. Otherwise, they become law. Non-urgency statutes take effect January 1, 2006.
