Each year, the California Coalition on Workers’ Compensation (CCWC) unites employers with the most renowned experts and service providers in the industry: people who have been especially chosen for their ability to inform, teach, enlighten, and inspire.

Designed as a twofold learning experience, the conference allows attendees to glean information from both skilled professionals and from each other. With an employer on several of the panels, the potential for diverse perspectives is limitless.

Traditionally one of the most well-attended sessions at the conference, “CFRA/FMLA and Accommodations under FEHA/ADA” is back again this year. Patricia S. Eyres, an expert attorney and consultant to large public and private employers, will present a practical and interactive session providing a refresher/update on what is required of employers to comply with the laws that govern leaves and disabilities. She will share recent significant case decisions and new regulations, and will also offer real and challenging case examples to engage the audience in discussing potential solutions. Sure to be both insightful and engaging, the session is slated for Wednesday, July 16 at 3 p.m.

The conference takes place July 16-18 at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel® & Spa in Anaheim. Check out all that’s in store for this year’s attendees, register today and make plans to join us for the workers' compensation industry's most influential and affordable conference.
