Jun 18: CMTA Champions of Manufacturing Summit in Sacramento (and live online)

Adam Carolla is excited about the upcoming June 18 Summit.  He posted the following tweets recently:

No doubt about it -- California manufacturers are the best in the world and we need more of them. That's why so many entities are converging on CMTA's June 18 Champions of Manufacturing Summit at the Sacramento Convention Center.

So far:

  • Partners and sponsoring groups are growing daily and quickly establishing June 18 as a center of gravity for California's Manufacturing Champions initiative.
  • Registrants are pouring in.
  • Adam Carolla is going to communicate California manufacturing issues to a larger audience and entertain us all.
  • Gov. Brown is sending a special video message.
  • Other substantial policy leaders are being asked to join us.
  • Our seven Champion manufacturers are currently filming their facilities and workers for an exciting video display.
  • The National Association of Manufacturers will provide national perspective and make sure the event is seen nationally by manufacturers in other states.

You can't miss it!  It's from 10 to noon on June 18.  Register to either attend in Sacramento or watch live online.

June 10-11: National Association of Manufacturers Summit in Washington DC

Join the National Association of Manufacturers and your fellow manufacturers from across the country in Washington DC to meet with legislators and advocate policies that play a vital role in our nation’s economic growth.

It is critical for manufacturers like you—from front-office executives to plant managers and workers on the front lines—to visit congressional offices this year and emphasize the need for policies that will spur vigorous economic growth and reduce the cost of doing business.

You shouldn't miss this one either!  It's on June 10 and 11.  Register for NAM's Summit and get details at www.nam.org/summit.
