Are the workers’ compensation reforms working for you? Have your costs stabilized and fallen? Or, have the promises of huge savings come up short? Share your experiences with us by taking the Workers’ Compensation Action Network's  survey. Your participation will help shape our agenda for 2015.

Go to the survey by clicking the link HERE.

The Workers’ Compensation Action Network, also known as WCAN, is a statewide grassroots coalition of organizations including CMTA working together to ensure predictability and stability in California's workers’ compensation system, reduce costs for employers and improve services to injured workers. We advocate for policies that ensure injured employees are given necessary medical care promptly and receive benefits timely; fraud is eliminated; legitimate disputes are resolved fairly and quickly and system costs are reduced where inefficiencies and inequities exist.
