 UPCOMING DTSC Workshops and Webinars Important to Manufacturers

In the midst of last week’s important legislative deadline and the emergence of over 2500 pieces of legislation, we are still tracking important regulatory issues to California’s manufacturers. Please see below for a list of upcoming workshops and webinars hosted by the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC). Draft 2018-2020 Priority Product Work Plan Workshop

The Department of Toxics Substances Control’s (DTSC) Safer Consumer Products (SCP) program has scheduled a workshop to discuss the Draft 2018-2020 Priority Product Work Plan for February 26th at 10 a.m. in Sacramento.

DTSC Webinar: Monetizing Impacts to Public Health - A Case Study of Select Air Pollutants by the US Environmental Protection Agency

The Department of Toxic Substances Control's (DTSC) Safer Consumer Products (SCP) Program will hold a webinar on March 5th from 9:00 am to 10:30 am to discuss monetizing impacts to public health.

DTSC SCP PFAS in Carpets, Rugs Workshop

The Department of Toxics Substances Control’s (DTSC) Safer Consumer Products (SCP) program has scheduled a workshop on March 7th at 9 a.m. in Sacramento to discuss their latest proposed priority product – carpets and rugs with Perfluoroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFASs).  They will accept written comments through March 23rd.
